Moodbidri, Dec 25: The ultra modern commercial-cum-residential complex, 'Fortune Highway', built near the highway at Jainpete by the side of Badagu Basadi by Fortune Promoters, was inaugurated on the evening of Friday.

MLA, K Abhayachandra Jai, inaugurated the commercial complex of 'Fortune Highway', while Dr M N Rajendra Kumar, chairman of Karnataka State Cooperative Apex Bank and president of SCDCC Bank, inaugurated the residential complex. M Vivek Alva, director of Alva's Education Foundaton, lighted the lamp. Former minister, K Amaranth Shetty, Karkala MLA, V Sunil Kumar, Kuldeep M of Chowtara Aramane, editor-in-chief of Vartha Bharati, Abdussalam Puthige, municipal president, Harinakshi S Suvarna, Dakshina Kannada district BJP vice president, K P Jagadish Adhikari, municipal councillors, M Bahubali Prasad and P K Thomas, chief executive officer of MCS Bank, Chandrashekhara M and entrepreneur, B Keertivarma Shetty, participated as chief guests.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This complex has 25 commercial stalls in its first two floors. The other three floors have 30 two and three bedroom flats. Reticulated gas connection, generator facility all 24 hours of the day, lift with a capacity to carry 14 persons, well-equipped gym, provision for indoor sports, and spacious parking area are some of the facilities made available at the complex. The roof top has provision to organize functions with a participation of around 200 persons. This complex is located very close to schools, colleges, and centres of prayer. Preparation under way for 'Fortune 2'

Most of the residential flats and commercial space in 'Fortune Highway' have been booked. As there is demand for more, preparations are under way to build 'Fortune Highway 2' by the side of the current complex, promoters said.

Founder of 'Fortune Promoters', Abulal Puthige, Mahendra Varma, Rony Fernandes, and Denis Pereira, welcomed the guests.
